What are your studio hours?
Our studios are open daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Early morning and late-night slots are available upon request with a 24-hour notice.
Is the studio soundproofed?
Yes, every studio features professional-grade sound insulation suitable for dialogue recording, podcasts, and video production.
What equipment is included with the rental?
Each studio includes LED lighting kits, 4K cameras, green screen, audio systems, and a selection of lenses. Premium gear packages are available for an extra fee.
How does parking work?
Free on-site parking is available for up to two vehicles per booking. Additional vehicles are welcome in our secured lot next door.
Can I stay past my booked time?
Overtime is possible and charged at $65 per hour. Please inform staff at least 60 minutes before your original end time to extend your session.
Do you provide insurance coverage?
Basic liability coverage is included with every booking. Additional equipment and production insurance can be added during checkout.
Is food and catering allowed?
We allow catering and refreshments. A dedicated break area with refrigeration and microwave is available in every studio.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your rental receive a full refund. Late cancellations are subject to a 50% fee.
